Els Blijd-Hoogewys, Dr.

Els Blijd-Hoogewys’ research focuses on autistic individuals across life span, and on questionnaire development for clinical use. She is an expert on autism in females, initiator and chair of FANN (Female Autism Network of the Netherlands), and director of the Dutch National Autism Congress. Els is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She is manager of clinical affairs (staff member) and senior researcher at INTER-PSY (Mental health care institute, Groningen).
