Charlotte Hu investigates peer microaggression in school and their effects on autistic adolescents, with the goal of fostering more inclusive school environments. She also researches the development of interventions to combat microaggressions against autistic adolescents, incorporating creative technologies. Previously, she obtained her master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Leiden University and in Developmental Psychology and Education from University of Toronto, Canada. Her PhD project is part of the Building 4 Belonging project.
