Once again, the VNOP-CAS Research Days are fast approaching – two days where junior and senior researchers in developmental psychology and pedagogy in the Netherlands and Belgium convene to share their experience and findings through talks, presentations and discussions.

This year we can look forward to a panel discussion about the challenges that researchers encounter during participant recruitment: how to ensure a representative sample, engage underrepresented groups, and balance resources within constraints of funding agencies? With her experience on recruiting diverse research populations, Carolien will join this panel discussion covering the perspectives of senior researchers, funding agency staff and researchers with practical field experience.
